These inspections allow for the veriﬁcation of compliance with the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ) requirements and/or internal company standards. This program provides a full report with hazard assessment and, as required:
- On-site training during inspection;
- Validation of cleaning methods with surface sampling;
- Food sampling for microbiological and chemical testing;

Microbiological testing of foods and surface samples collected during inspections are performed on site, in our accredited laboratories. Our computerized inspection system allows for the triage of results by sector, subject, manager, etc., in real time.
