2Receiving the sampling material
Within 48 hours following my online order, I will receive the sampling material along with the protocol and steps to follow for sampling.
3Proceeding with the collection (from monday to thursday inclusive).
I take my water sample following every step and all instructions as outlined.
4Sending samples back to EnvironeX Group on the same day as the sampling.
Using the prepaid return package provided, send all the material back to EnvironeX Group by messenger or express post.
5Receiving conclusive results.
I will receive a detailed report of my water analysis within five business days, along with the recommendations from a microbiologist or a certified chemist. A certificate of analysis, signed by a professional, will be issued to me.
