Our dynamic and experienced trainers, recognized by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ) are available not only to provide your food hygiene and safety training needs, but also to train food handlers and managers.

Adapted to your specific needs, our instructors are accredited by Emploi—Québec for the purpose of enforcing the Act to promote workforce skill development and recognition. Our experienced instructors use a dynamic, interactive approach. Listed below is some of the training that we provide:
