In addition to testing, we can prepare a Nutritional Facts table of values that meets the requirement of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

We maintain a database that helps us calculate the individual nutritional value of various foods to determine the nutritional value of all dishes on a restaurant menu. The use of a database is complementary to the testing approach and allows us to meet all of your requirements.
